RESTAURANT MANAGER Carl’s Jr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain good product quality with Super Star Service
  • Achieve sales and profit targets with operational excellent
  • Ensuring that store meet the standards of the principal and regulations of the
    government
  • Improve the skills, knowledge and behavior of all employees on an ongoing basis

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male/Female Max. 30 years old
  • Min Education D3 in any major from reputable University
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as a Restaurant Manager in the field of F&B/
    International restaurant brand
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Understand about quality and restaurant operations
  • Ready to work with target and budget & willing to be placed in all Carl’s Jr. store
    locations
  • Honest, disciplined, communicative, creative and hard-working
  • Having good interpersonal, strong and innovative leadership, sales, marketing
  • Agile, multi-task, detail oriented and fast learning
