SITE EXPANSION MANAGER

Job purpose: Finding potential location for new stores opening and renewal agreement for existing stores to achieve company’s target.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationship with external parties to find potential new location such as developer, agency, tenant relation
  • Re-negotiate with landlord that will be expired and solving potential problems
  • Location analysis (cities, markets, mall and potentials)
  • Perform feasibility studies including partner alliances to ensure success of new markets
  • Working closely with corporate legal to complete basic license required

 

Qualification:

  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects leasing, zoning, and regulatory compliance including knowledge lease agreements of contracts
  • Experience 5 years in managerial level
  • Minimum Bachelor degree any major, having knowledge F&B Business will advantage
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English is a must
