• Develop and execute recruitment strategy to fulfill vacant position
  • Create job ads and analyze of effectiveness channel and process to hire candidate
  • Manage performance management process to hire candidate
  • Manage performance management process and ensure running as timeline
  • Analyze turn over and induction process to improve retention rate
  • Source, screen, interview and manage the offer and onboarding process of candidates
  • Assessing candidates by utilizing exiting tools values



  • Male/Female Max. 28 years old
  • Min S1 in Psychology with GPA min 3,0, from reputable University
  • Having at least 2-3-year experience as a Recruitment specialist
  • Strong knowledge as a recruiter at Retail or Food & Beverage Company
    (International brand)
  • Problem solving and able to work with a team and individually
  • Agile, multi-task, detail oriented, well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
